About
Hi, My name is Ronit Penso and I am an experienced chef, a graduate of New England Culinary Institute. I have been working in diverse aspects of the culinary profession for the past 20 years. As an Executve chef, Restaurant Chef, Private Chef, Caterer and more. I‘ve worked in small and large events in many places – Israel, Vermont, NY, the Hamptons – to name but a few. While working as a chef, I have also worked as a culinary journalist, cookbook translator and cookbook author. My first cookbook – “3 Courses in 30 Minutes” – was published in 2008 by Modan Publishing House in Israel. I am now translating the book into English. I’m currently working as a Private Chef in NY, and working on my second cookbook I love travelling and love to find out more about food wherever I go. In this blog, I hope to share with you some stories and quick and easy recipes from the road… Bon Apetit!
