As I was making my no-churn Marzipan ice cream once again, I thought it could a good idea, to be reminded of some other desserts, that are perfect for a hot summer day. All these tasty and refreshing desserts don’t require baking, and can be prepared quickly and easily. Try them and enjoy.

You know what I just saw and want to try? Two ingredient watermelon ice cream. Freeze watermelon cubes solid then add to a food processor with coconut or condensed milk. Sounds so simple and delicious!
